What's New in Halo 4?

Halo 4 is our thinnest and most comfortable smart ring yet. It's 40% lighter and slimmer than Halo 3, making it feel even more like everyday jewelry.

We've also upgraded the internal sensors and tracking technology to deliver improved accuracy for sleep, heart rate, stress, and overall wellness insights—while maintaining the same long-lasting comfort you expect from Halo.

Halo 3 remains part of our lineup and is still available for purchase in select styles, including our Flat Top and Concave designs. While Halo 4 introduces a lighter, slimmer profile with upgraded internal tracking technology, Halo 3 continues to offer the same core wellness tracking experience in the signature styles many of our customers already love.

Whether you prefer the latest Halo 4 or the distinctive look of Halo 3, you can choose the design that best fits your style.

Finding the right size is one of the most important parts of your Halo Ring experience.

Unlike traditional jewelry, Halo Ring contains advanced sensors that require a secure fit to provide accurate wellness tracking. Your ring should feel snug, but comfortable—tight enough that it won't rotate freely, but loose enough to remove without discomfort.

Should I Size Up?

In most cases, no.

Halo Ring is manufactured using standard US ring sizes, so if you already know your US ring size, we recommend ordering your normal size.

However, because Halo Ring is wider than a traditional ring (approximately 7–8.5mm depending on the model), it may feel slightly tighter than a thin jewelry band.

We recommend sizing up only if:

• You're between two ring sizes.
• You prefer a looser fit.
  
• Your fingers tend to swell throughout the day.

If your normal ring already fits snugly, stick with your usual US size.

Best Finger Placement

For the most accurate readings, we recommend wearing Halo Ring on your:

✅ Index Finger (Recommended)

You can also wear it on your:

• Middle Finger
• Ring Finger
• Thumb (if comfortable)

Avoid wearing Halo Ring on your pinky finger whenever possible, as sensor accuracy may be reduced.

Between Two Sizes?

✔️ Choose the smaller size if:

• You want the most accurate tracking.
• Your fingers rarely swell.
• You prefer a secure fit.

✔️ Choose the larger size if:

• Your fingers swell often.
• You plan to wear Halo Ring all day and overnight.
• You're between sizes.

Every HALO Ring comes with a 30-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware issues under normal use.

Lifetime Warranty (Optional Upgrade)

Our Lifetime Warranty provides extended peace of mind and covers your HALO Ring beyond the initial 30 days, including protection against defects and functional issues for as long as you own the ring. This option is recommended for long-term wear and daily use.

The HALO Lifetime Warranty provides extended protection beyond the standard 30-day warranty and includes:
