Can I Change My Delivery Address?

  • You can update your delivery address before submitting your final ring size.

  • For U.S. orders, address updates are only allowed within the same state. If local tax rates differ, we may not be able to update your address.

  • For international orders, we cannot change an address to a different country. If you need to ship to another country, please contact us at support@tryhaloring.com to cancel your order and place a new one.

  • For orders that have already shipped, please contact the courier directly. Your order confirmation email contains the tracking number and carrier details.

 


What If My Package Shows Delivered but I Haven't Received It?

  • Packages may be left at your front door or received by a neighbor. We recommend checking with neighbors first.

  • If you cannot locate your package, please contact the courier using your tracking number.

  • If needed, provide us with any supporting documents or photos to help resolve the issue.
