Limited Manufacturer Defect Warranty (30 Days)

All products purchased from Halo Ring are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials, workmanship, software, applications, or functionality that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing or production issue.

Examples of covered defects include:

  • Products received broken, damaged, or non-functional due to manufacturing defects.

  • Software, applications, or digital features that fail to function as intended because of a manufacturing or development error.

  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship present at the time of delivery.

If a manufacturer defect is confirmed within 30 days of delivery, the customer may request a replacement or exchange of the affected product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Accidental damage.

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Improper installation, maintenance, or storage.

  • Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by anyone other than Halo Ring.

  • Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery.

  • Damage resulting from customer actions or improper use of the product.

  • Loss, theft, or unauthorized use.

Halo Ring reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims before approving a replacement or exchange.


Lifetime Protection Warranty (Optional Purchase)

Customers may purchase an optional Lifetime Protection Warranty at the time of purchase or within any period permitted by Halo Ring.

The Lifetime Protection Warranty provides coverage beyond manufacturer defects and includes accidental damage that occurs during normal ownership of the product.

Examples of covered incidents may include:

  • Cracking, chipping, or breakage of ceramic rings during normal use.

  • Scratches, cosmetic damage, or surface wear.

  • Accidental damage not caused by intentional misuse.

  • Other qualifying damage as determined by [Company Name].

Lifetime Warranty Claim Process

If a covered product becomes damaged, the customer may submit a warranty claim for a replacement ring.

Proof of purchase and proof of the Lifetime Protection Warranty may be required before a claim is approved.

One-Time Replacement Limitation

The Lifetime Protection Warranty provides one (1) replacement per purchased ring.

Once a replacement has been issued under the Lifetime Protection Warranty, the warranty is considered fulfilled and terminated for that ring.

If the customer receives a replacement ring and wishes to continue Lifetime Protection coverage, a new Lifetime Protection Warranty must be purchased for the replacement ring.

Exclusions

The Lifetime Protection Warranty does not cover:

  • Intentional damage.

  • Fraudulent claims.

  • Loss or theft.

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations.

  • Damage resulting from illegal activities.

Halo Ring reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the terms outlined in this policy.


General Terms

By purchasing and using products from Halo Ring, customers agree to the terms of this Warranty Policy.

Halo Ring reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this warranty program at any time without prior notice, provided that any warranty purchased before such modification will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
