30-Night Risk-Free Trial & Returns

We want you to genuinely experience Halo. That's why every first-time customer gets 30 nights to wear it, sleep in it, and swim with it. If Halo doesn't change how you understand your body, you can send it back.

How it works:

• The 30-night risk-free trial applies to your first Halo Ring order only, limited to one trial per customer (per name, address, and payment method).
• To start a return, contact our support team within 30 nights of delivery. Returns must be requested within the trial window.
• Returns requested within the first 14 nights are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Returns requested on nights 15–30 are refunded as store credit toward a future purchase.
• Because Halo is a personal wellness device worn on the body, returned rings cannot be resold. Returns must include the ring and be in working condition.
• Customer is to handle the payment for return label. The trial does not apply to repeat or additional purchases — subsequent orders follow our standard return policy.
• We reserve the right to decline trial eligibility on orders showing signs of repeated returns or misuse of this offer.
